 Meet Nicole, a registered dietitian with certifications in obesity and weight management and diabetes care. She grew up in Washington State and holds a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Washington State University. Nicole and her husband moved to Arizona in 2009 and have lived in Sierra Vista since 2014.  With experience in clinical nutrition, long-term care, and community health, Nicole is dedicated to helping clients achieve their nutrition goals, whether it’s weight loss, better lab results, or improved overall health.
