  Dr. Wilde, a loving husband and father of five, is deeply involved in the community. He leads a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive care for all ages in Sierra Vista. His facility offers various family care services, from dietary to Chronic Care Management.

 In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Wilde enjoys mentoring medical residents and other healthcare providers. He is committed to serving the community for many more years to come.

 Dr. Hayden, a devoted spouse and father, successfully finished our Family Practice residency program last year. We were so impressed with him that we welcomed him as a valued member of our medical staff. Dr. Hayden's dedication to enhancing patient care is evident as he embarks on another residency in Emergency Medicine at Canyon Vista Medical Center. His enthusiasm for the field is apparent in his unwavering commitment to continuous learning and professional development. With a solid background in biochemistry and extensive hands-on experience in various medical settings, Dr. Hayden is well-prepared and significantly contributes to the well-being of his patients. 

 James wears many hats, not only as a provider with us but also as a husband and proud father of four rambunctious boys. He has more than 12 years of nursing experience in different healthcare settings, such as acute care, telemetry, diabetes care, and emergency care. 

He graduated from Grand Canyon University and is certified to care for patients of all ages. He has a family and emergency medicine background and can handle various ages and conditions. 

James accepts most insurances. 

 Micheal is a proud Sierra Vista's Buena High School graduate in 2010. Having been born at Sierra Vista Regional Hospital, he obtained his RN degree in 2014 and began his career at the same hospital. Throughout his nursing journey, he has gained experience at various medical facilities, including Life Care Center of Sierra Vista, Canyon Vista Medical Center, and Copper Queen Hospital. Micheal's passion lies in Acute Care, Emergency Medicine, and ICU. He, his wife, and three children have no plans to leave the area as this is their beloved home. 

Micheal provides care for patients of all ages and accepts most insurances. 

 Chelsey, a native of Sierra Vista, was raised in Bisbee and still resides there. She graduated as valedictorian from Bisbee High School in 2013 and aspires to become a nurse practitioner. 

 After starting as a CNA in home health, she pursued a nursing degree at Cochise College. Graduating in 2017 with her registered nursing degree, she began working in the emergency department at Canyon Vista Medical Center. Continuing her education, she obtained her bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University and her nurse practitioner degree from the University of Phoenix. She is thrilled to serve patients from Sierra Vista and the surrounding areas, as this is her home and family. 

 Dr. Wilde's Physician Assistant, Emily, is originally from Ivins, UT, but she now resides in Sierra Vista and adores the desert. She holds a Biology degree from Southern Utah University and attended PA school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, where she met her husband. 

 Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and baby boy, experimenting with new recipes, exploring the city, and unwinding with a movie under a cozy blanket. With a focus on Women's Health, she is thrilled to be part of Wilde Desert Family Medicine and is eager to establish connections with new patients in Sierra Vista. 

 Nicole is a registered dietitian with multiple certifications: Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist. She was born and raised in Washington State and graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Nicole and her husband moved to Arizona in 2009 and have called Sierra Vista their home since 2014. 

Nicole’s background includes clinical nutrition, long-term care, and community health. She thrives on seeing her clients reach their nutrition goals, including losing weight, improving labs, or improving their overall health.

A referral from your primary care provider or specialist is required.

  Our organization takes a comprehensive, team-based chronic care management (CCM) approach. We offer an elective program to patients with two or more chronic conditions.

Our dedicated CCM Nurse, Sella, reaches out to patients with two or more chronic conditions who have elected this program to ensure they receive the best possible care, ultimately reducing the need for urgent care visits and hospital stays. 

 Sella makes regular calls and conducts telehealth visits with our patients at least once a month. During these interactions, we check on your symptoms and ask basic care questions that are tailored to your specific medical needs. Some of the questions we may ask include: How are your symptoms? When is your next appointment with a specialist? Do you have an adequate supply of medications? Are you taking them as prescribed? Additionally, we inquire about any challenges you may face regarding accessing food, transportation, or other unmet needs.   This is just a few of the benefits of having this program for our patients. Some insurances have copays for this service.

Wilde Desert Family Medicine offers a comprehensive residency clinic for medical school graduates seeking hands-on training in family medicine. Residents work closely with an experienced medical team, receiving guidance and supervision from our physicians. This collaboration extends to Canyon Vista Medical Center and various medical university programs, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.

The clinic program is designed for family medicine residents to gain experience treating patients of all ages and addressing various conditions, including pediatrics, obstetrics, and acute and chronic illnesses. Throughout their residency clinic, the providers develop the skills necessary to deliver comprehensive care, improve communication, and engage with entire families. Each resident's work is monitored by a medical team member who reviews the care provided and oversees treatment plans. Our team is dedicated to mentoring residents, hoping they will choose to practice in the Sierra Vista area after completing their training.
