It can be difficult to find someone to give the snip. We offer this service to the community at large. Dr. Wilde has offered this service to help parents who want to have their little boy circumcised.
We offer our patients allergy testing in office and give them the chance to skip trips to Tucson by offering Antigen services close to home.

Some insurances cover the cost, but we have low same-day self-pay rates that allow you to cover the cost at a reasonable fee. Call us for more information. 520.255.5475.
Sella, RN is our dedicated nurse to care for our patients with special needs, chronic conditions, and recent hospital stays. Don't be alarmed if she calls, she tries to call anyone that needs a little more monitoring. We have a team of four members to assist with our patients with special needs.
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
We offer Remote patient monitoring (RPM). This allows patients with acute illnesses and chronic diseases to be monitored from their homes, and providers can make care decisions based on real-time information. We have blood pressure cuffs and scales, and we monitor both Dexcom and Freestyle libre glucose monitoring systems that we monitor Monday-Friday. Our Chronic Care Medical Assistant views blood pressure, pulse, and weight data when patients use their devices to send information via cellular capabilities.
Chronic Care Management
Our comprehensive approach to chronic care is team-based. Sella~registered nurse, Shawn~medical assistant, Newt~patient advocate, and Tina~CCM Lead contact patients with two or more chronic conditions to ensure the best care possible, reducing urgent care visits and hospital stays.
Calls and telehealth visits are done at least monthly to check on you and ask basic care questions based on your medical needs. Some of our questions can include:
How are your symptoms? When are you seeing a specialist again? Do you have enough medications? Are you taking them as prescribed?
Do you have any challenges getting food, transportation, or other unmet needs?
If you have a change in symptoms, we may schedule with your provider or specialist for you to get prompt care. If you are getting low on medications, we may either have you see your provider or specialist or get those refills filled. If you have unmet needs, we can help you contact organizations that can help you.
In addition, we have access to a nutritionist to help you with your diet based on your condition.
Our team is ready to care for you and enhance your medical care.

Dr. Wilde promotes a learning environment.
We have Family Medicine, DO Residents, and Family Nurse Practioner students working with our providers, training to give excellent, quality care in a family practice setting.
What does this mean to you?
Our DO Residents are general practitioners and medical students finishing a few years of specialty training in family medicine. Our Nurse Practitioner Preceptees work closely with James Rowley, FNP, to learn about care for all ages.
As always, Dr. Wilde is the eyes and ears, reviewing and overseeing patient care, keeping our quality of care at the best level possible. He is very active in the learning processes and supports all our staff.
